Shipping policy

All assembled heaters are shipped Freight.  All freight shipments to Canada include pricing for duties and import fees. 

All parts and kits are shipped ground service shipping.  

Customers purchasing internationally are responsible for all import duties, taxes, assessments, ect. not explicitly included in the paid invoice receipt from Arctica.

We are happy to waive shipping fees for local pick up or will call pickup at our Huntington Beach, CA warehouse.

Customer is responsible for cost of shipping returned product to Arctica.
